METHODS OF PAYMENT

In order for us to serve you effectively, you must place your order on our Web site and select from several options of payments available for you.

CREDIT CARD

You can place your order on our web site and select the On-line Credit Card option to use our secure web site. We accept the following credit cards.

MASTERCARD 
DISCOVER 
AMERICAN EXPRESS

We also accept Moneybookers.com payment for customers locate inside or outside of the US.

Monzon Graphic Design does not accept any other online payment method like Bill Me Later, Google Checkout or Amazon Payments.

PARTIAL PAYMENT

If a customer can't pay for his or her whole order, the Monzon Graphic Design *One Step Checkout* enables you to accept partial payments online. You can retrieve the order later to collect the remaining balance.

PAYMENT ON "HOLDS"

If you have a debit card/bank card, please note: depending on your bank, an authorization on your card "holds" the funds and the amount authorized is not accessible to you.

When we request an authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of that pre-authorization request. While your financial institution may place a hold on the pre-authorized amount, your account will only be charged for the actual transaction amount when the transaction is processed.

With most financial institutions, they will remove a pre-authorization hold from your account when the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or three to five business days after the pre-authorization request, whichever occurs sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, we recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization.

Monzon Graphic Design.com cannot release pre-authorization holds.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped to Florida.

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

Occasionally we will offer coupon or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon.

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says "Coupon/Promotional Code."
• Click "Apply."
• If your discount qualifies it will be displayed in the Order Summary.
