Can I hang my artwork outside? 

Although our pieces have a Gloss Giclee Finish - Museum Premium Grade on them, no artwork should ever be hung in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Additionally, while we use a water-resistant coating it is not 100% waterproof.

 Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid area?

Because canvas is a natural product that will shrink and swell due to significant changes in temperature or humidity, it should not be hung in a bathroom or directly over a heat source.

Are there any special mounting instructions I should follow when hanging my piece?

All framed prints come ready-to-hang out of the box with all the  hook & screws. 

How do I clean & maintain my canvas? 

The best way to clean the canvas is with a soft duster. You can also use a damp cloth on the face of the canvas.

How long does it take to receive my canvas print?

From the time you approve your proof it takes 1-2 business days for production and then 2-3 days usps priority mail.

How long does it take to receive my free digital proof?

Digital proofs are typically available within one to two business days.

Yes, we allways offer the hangers with your order of canvas, only if you order was place with the frame included, The type of hangers varies depending on the size and type of items in the order. 

The hardware included will work on most walls. but If you have older walls or special finishes please take this into consideration before installation. for any questions regarding the hanging hardware provided, please contact our Customer Service department by email, live chat or phone for more information.
